This Pass is personal, non-transferable/ (except Upgrade Pass category), must be displayed at all times in accredited venues and is valid only in venues and zones specified; 2.This/ Pass is the property of the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) and may be withdrawn by the CGF or Glasgow 2014 Limited (Glasgow 2014)/ at any time; 3. Where this Pass is revoked or cancelled, I acknowledge that I will no longer have access to any accredited venues and will be/ removed from such areas; 4. I shall comply with all Glasgow 2014 and CGF policies, rules and regulations, including without limitation, the/ Glasgow 2014 Venue Regulations (available at www.glasgow2014.com), and the CGF Constitution (available at www.thecgf.com;/ 5. I consent to the broadcast, photographing and recording of me, my image, likeness and voice by Glasgow 2014, the CGF or persons/ authorised by Glasgow 2014 or the CGF (and all subsequent broadcast and other transmissions or distribution of such recording) by/ whatever means and I acknowledge that I have no right in or to such broadcast, photograph or recording. 6. All images, videos and/or/ audio recordings taken by me at the Commonwealth Games, including those of athletes competing, or within any Commonwealth Games/ venues, shall be used solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless the prior written consent is obtained from Glasgow 2014/ and/or the CGF; 7. Information about myself may be colected, stored and used by the CGF and Glasgow 2014 and third parties, where/ necessary, for the purposes of facilitating my participation in and/or organising the Commonwealth Games and any other purpose/ specified at the time of collecting the information; 8. For participants entitled to use this Pass as a visa-waiver, the ability to use this pass for/ this purpose expires on 3 September 2014 and must have been used at least once on or prior to 3 August 2014; 9.
