Metal spindle and tabs

Silver-colourd metal shaft with a red stripe around it on one end, as well as a white cap on the end itself. There are three dark grey metal tabs protruding from the shaft and at the opposite end from the white cap, there is a dark grey metal stepped portion ending in a pin.
