- This folk art is done with pen & ink; written on the bottom of this piece is: Back in the Old Days; There are a number of men, women and children outside playing a game of horseshoes; there are a couple of houses, a shed and there is a garden the a side hill; there are a few trees in the background; there are a couple of dogs in the yard as well; Haroldès signature is on the bottom front right corner and reads Harold Cromwell; the signature is different on this piece as the C is large and hugs the rest of the signature
